Boat FUN!

Sorry...not too many blogs for me these days...I have much to do...like enjoy our new boat!
We are totally loving it..and I will post pictures of the boys. They are out on the tube!:) Yikes! We are so thankful to be in the position we are in financially, so that we could finally afford the boat we've waited nearly 5 years for! It was truly worth the wait....sorry...off to the lake !....

Todays the BIG day...

Yep..you guessed...I am the big 33! WoW! I can't believe it...I feel pretty good about it. Age is going to happen whether I like it or not. I thought I would put down a few of my LONG term goals...things you might know about me...or thought you did...or maybe not at all!!!

1.) Get a boat-getting close..it arrives this Saturday from Tacoma!!!:)
2.) Join NW Medical Teams and aid in disaster relief and care for sick and injured children.
3.) Get my scrapbook room completely organized...yes, this truly is a LONG term goal!
4.) Get my CEN (Certified Emergency Room Nurse) certification.
5.) Read a book I actually WANT to read...that isn't about raising children!
6.) Send everyone I know a birthday card...on time!
7.) Get laser eye surgery....then again...maybe not!:(
8.) Create a eye popping garden area that is the sanctuary I dream of.
9.) Look at each day as a new one...and know that I am truly doing what I am supposed to be doing on this earth at this time.

Happy Birthday Lovey!!

You, Gavin, are my love....Your smile, your sense of humor...it's fantastic! Your outlandish temper, aggressiveness, and competitiveness is unlike any other!!! I know you will do fantastic things with your life. You my son, were truly my surprise....God intended for you to come at a time I wasn't quite ready for....but, I am so thankful. You remind me so much of Uncle Benny, I can't believe it...and your so social!!! Rolling the car window down to wave at the 16-17 year old girls DRIVING next to us....calling our babysitter Rebecca.."my pretty princess" and your true love of Star Wars, are creating memories for me that I hope I will never forget. Requesting a very specific "Lego Boba Fett" birthday party, and your constant dressing up in costumes...makes me love you even more. Today, I asked you what you wanted to be when you grow up, A POLICE...you said. You told me you want to carry a gun, ride on a motorcycle, and have a big helmet. I think the big helmet part was supposed to distract me from EVERYTHING else you had just said...because you know how important safety is to me!;) I love you for always trying to make me happy and proud. I look forward to sharing our lives together with many more happy memories! Love, "Princess Mommy"
